I was very emotional about the move. But as soon as we arrived at Sydney Creek, I knew this was the right place. Sydney Creek allows residents to thrive in a therapeutic and supportive environment. It was beautiful to watch mom blossom. Mom has since passed, but I still stay active with Sydney Creek, helping families with their own walk.
